Ioannis Elenis has been active in the tourism industry since 2018, gaining valuable experience in food and beverage management in hotel establishments across Samos. In 2022, he created “To Kainourgio” in Kokkari, aiming to offer authentic flavors and quality handmade food by the sea.
With an emphasis on local and Greek ingredients, Mediterranean cuisine, and prompt service, the restaurant welcomes visitors from all over the world every day, offering a unique experience of hospitality and taste.
